Webinar Replay: Retirement Matters
Our first webinar of 2017 was a huge success!
Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for Retirement Matters: What’s the Best Way to Take Distributions from My Retirement Plans? I hope this presentation provided some helpful perspective on how to put your assets to work for you once you’ve retired.

Insights from the Retirement Matters Webinar
For the first part of our working lives, our retirement plans are on autopilot. We save what we can every month, we contribute to our employer-match 401(k)s, and if we’re living within our means, we don’t think about the plan very much.
But at Keen Wealth, we often see that once our clients hit 50, a light bulb goes on: “My retirement plan is not just numbers on a page. This plan is going to have to sustain me and my family for the rest of our lives.”
This webinar covers some common concerns that new and soon-to-be retirees have as they transition to the distribution phase of their investing, including:
- What Investments or Accounts to Spend First
- How to Receive Your Monthly Deposits
- How to Plan Ahead for Taxes
- What Rules You Must Know
- What Happens To Your Assets When You Pass Away
At the end of our presentation, Matt and I opened up the floor to answer some very perceptive questions from our audience.
Thanks again to everyone who participated. Please share this page with any friends or family nearing retirement, and subscribe to Keen on Retirement to be notified about new blogs, podcasts, and upcoming events.
